Intern Positions
Vicharanashala runs structured internship programs for students at all levels. Our flagship virtual internship — Summership — is open to students from institutions across India, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 colleges. The program runs on the Samagama platform with AI-conducted screening, removing the network gatekeeping that typically limits access to research internships.

Open Positions
We are a small, high-output team and we hire selectively. We are looking for people with strong conviction about education, technology, or both. Openings exist for:
- Research scholars and pre-doc fellows — working on learning systems, AI in education, or pedagogical design
- Faculty members — interested in collaboration, co-research, or joining the lab
- Professionals — with backgrounds in education design, instructional technology, or software development
