The Problem
As AI writing tools become more capable, traditional plagiarism detection — which compares text against a database — can no longer verify whether content was genuinely written by a human. Text alone cannot tell you who wrote it or how. Academic integrity and professional credibility now depend on a different kind of evidence.
What We Built
Vi-Notes verifies human authorship by analyzing the writing process itself: typing rhythms, pause patterns, editing sequences, and pasted content detection. Combined with linguistic analysis of the final text, it generates an authenticity score and a shareable report — a verification layer that works at the process level, not just the output level.
